"Non Negotiable" is a movie available on Netflix, but it is not in English, so there is a significant amount of dubbing in the music, film, and storyline. As I began watching, I anticipated a foreign film with depth, but the voiceovers seemed out of sync with the characters. The script appeared poorly written, leading me to wonder if it was originally crafted in another country or if the dubbing was simply comical.
