Ok, so this one is all about a cactus-man who arrives on the planet “Tygella” impersonating the “Doctor”(Tom Baker) whom he has trapped in the TARDIS with “Romana” (Lalla Ward) struggling to escape from - believe it nor not - a chronic histeratic time loop. If they cannot escape from this predicament in time, then “Meglos” might frame him for an heinous crime and get hold of the sacred dodecahedron thereby taking control of the planet and quite possibly the whole universe.
