Serge Élissalde has created something quite entertaining here as we follow a day in the life of a street sweeper working as the rain pours down. This man is not happy when things block the street, and so be it animal, mineral or four door saloon it is likely to end up squashed down the drain. That's until he encounters an innocent looking little urchin who has lost something. What might it be?
